[Announcement] Correct way to launch the game ( in process )

Dear 5Street players,

As noticed from our forum and ingame chats, we confirm that many player's problems resulted from the game's update when you try to launch it, because some of the bugs have already been fixed during the last updat.
Here comes our suggestion.

There are two clients we can use to launch the game,they are as follows:

The first one is updating client, your game will be updated correctly by clicking this button.
And the second one is launch client, you can use it to login to the game too, but game won't be updated with the latest resources, that is to say, some bug maybe still in your game.
So next time, please ensure that you are use the right client. That will surly reduce the probability of bug's encounter.
Thanks for your supporting and we are now preparing the next patch for you guys. Some bugs will be fixed soon.

Dear GM,

Kindly please to upload the photos in a special site like imageshack.us or photobucket.com and than post here the links with the img code, because no one can see the photos in the way you upload them.

Hi, I am a new player to 5Street. However, I can't even play the game as when I start the game client, it can't update itself no matter how many times I try and then even the game couldn't start! So annoying!

There is only 1 sever it detect, is that normal? (only the North America)
And when I clicked update, it comes up with the box that said "cannot download file.dat, please select other sever for updating and contact official customer service as soon as possible!". I try to see if the problem can be solve by finding patch download, but all 2 patches either have no link (the 1st one) or cannot download (the 2nd, ie. the Halloween one).

Please Help!!!
